We were responsible for bringing the product to market. Our process included designing empathically, without any basis for the users. We conducted user interviews and group sessions to understand and design the best user journey.
With the Laundro team we designed a seamless digital experience to get your laundry done for one fixed fee monthly.
The scope for the project included designing and developing the web and app pages, and creating visual identity content.
We've built a strong social media presence for the brand which has led to great partnerships being formed and a medium to connect with customers.
The brand continues to grow and we are currently redesigning the website and app.
